Union Social (100 Florida Avenue, NE) only opened in October of last year, but the space may already be for lease. According to a real estate brochure that was recently added to KLNB’s site (but has since been taken down), the restaurant space is available immediately. However, after District Cuisine contacted both KLNB and Union Social, the posting was taken down and does not currently appear on the site (you can see a screenshot below). The listing notes that it is a “second generation restaurant space” and one of the site plans lists the “as-is condition” that is a schematic of the current Union Social layout. Union Social remains open for now, but its future is unclear. Requests for comment to both Union Social and KLNB were not returned.
