Pursuit Wine Bar Debuts Pasta

Two weeks ago, Pursuit Wine Bar (1421 H Street, NE) debuted housemade pasta on its menu.  Initially, they offered fettucini with lamb and pork ragu and have since added both butternut squash and goat cheese ravioli and rabbit sugo pappardelle.  The owners tell us that the pasta dishes will be a permanent feature on the menu and that they plan on adding an additional pasta dish every week or two.
